  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional fees may apply)

🌍 International Shipping (if offered)

  • We currently offer shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Esley Collection is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • We’re happy to assist where possible, but we recommend using a secure delivery address.
