3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Store credit is our default refund method. You can use store credit on any future purchase and it never expires.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes clearance items and select accessories.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for any order change requests.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in the jurisdiction of Plano, TX.
